Your files stay on your device

The compressor is a program that runs inside your web browser. When you add a PDF, it is read, compressed and saved on your own device. Your files are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see them.

The site also tells your browser to refuse sending data to any other website (a Content Security Policy), so the page could not upload your files even by mistake.

What we do not collect

We do not use cookies, accounts, analytics or advertising trackers. The page loads its fonts and program from this site only.

Server logs

Like every website, the company that hosts this site may keep short-lived technical logs of page requests (such as IP address, time and browser type) for security and to keep the service running. These logs never contain your files.

Changes

If this ever changes, for example if we add advertising, this page will say so before it happens.
